The National Armored Cable Manufacturers Association had the distinct honor of having George as our Technical Director for over 23 years. George represented our Association at the IAEI Section Meetings and Regional State Meetings.

George was always available to answer any technical questions regarding our products with his usual kind authoritarian explanation. George was an industry icon serving as Chief Electrical Inspector for the City of New Orleans and Past President of the IAEI. He was literary contributor to the IAEI News and Electrical Contractor. Additionally, he was a recognized expert on the National Electrical Code and he was an author of many code articles in various industry publications. He served as Chairman of several electrical code panels and most importantly he was a friend and mentor to the members of the Association.

The National Armored Cable Manufacturers Association has established a scholarship in his honor in conjunction with the Southern Section of the IAEI.
